A partner and professor of public law, Cendrine has been active in Africa for several years and advises clients on structuring and negotiating public-private partnerships (PPPs) and complex public contracts in the infrastructure, public transportation and energy sectors.

She has extensive experience in advising development banks, as well as private stakeholders, involved in public projects. She also advises on contract execution and related litigation. Specialized in public finance and taxation, she also regularly advises States, particularly African States, on matters related to public guarantees, and public finance and accounting issues (States, local authorities and State-owned companies).
